Do all successful MLM leaders know something that we don’t know? Are there certain “insider secrets” that only the heavy hitters know which are not being revealed to everyone else who is struggling in the industry?
MLM leaders are not part of some kind of secret group or fraternity-like organizations with secret handshakes or anything like that. What all of them do know and have is something that new network marketers do not have… and that is simply called – experience.
So how did they get there? How did they achieve the successes in MLM or network marketing that others only dream of?
Well first of all…
All MLM Leaders Treat Their Business as a REAL Business
That may sound like an over-simplification, but the thing is these leaders understand that starting and managing a business successfully is something that’s very important to them. Everything they do to market and move their business along, they treat it as an investment for their future economic security, even if it means a buy-in fee of $500 dollars! They are all entrepreneurs, and they think and act like it. That’s the secret they all share. They’re hard-working, reliable, patient and persistent.
Also, MLM leaders start with their end goal in mind. They know exactly where they’re going and create a plan on how to get there. They have written goals and a written plan. They know very well that success isn’t going to happen overnight. Now there’s a shocker… since most people entering this industry thinks they will get rich and quit their jobs in less than 90 days! That’s really unrealistic and not the norm. Anyways, these leaders are prepared to work diligently and do whatever is necessary and appropriate to achieve success. They actually came in the business setting realistic expectations.
Now if your end goal is build a six-figure income and quit your job in 2 to 3 years, now that’s something that is VERY doable because many have done it already. And if you want to get RICH, you know a 7-figure yearly income… can you imagine that? Yes that’s doable too… but alot of the MLM leaders who have achieved this income mark took over 7 years to get there. So if this is your end goal too, now you have some realistic time frames to keep in mind.
Alot of the heavy hitters in the network marketing industry have taken years to build their businesses to where they are right now. Some MLM leaders failed in the beginning too like the majority of people, but because they have the entrepreneurial spirit, they started over with what they’ve learned from their own failures. They have a positive outlook and they learn a lot from their mistakes.
They try hard. Although they technically work at home, most of them spend huge portions of their lives in hotel rooms, on the road or in the air. Many entrepreneurs think that they’re not doing much, but even while they are sleeping they’re thinking about their business all the time, on how to market and promote their business to grow them even bigger.
The most outstanding leaders in the industry understands that sponsoring and educating is the pure basics in earning big money in network marketing. So consequently, they’ll spend at least 80% of their time sponsoring people. That is the whole MLM business model in a nutshell, it really isn’t that complicated.
In this business, you are paid for selling products. And there’s only a certain amount of product that you can sell yourself. So by having a giant team of distributors beneath you also selling products, you are leveraging other’s time to your benefit.
Now here’s a question for you to think about…
Do YOU Have What It Takes To Be One of Those MLM Leaders?
You may think you do. But there are several things you’ll have to consider.
Can you commit the next 2, 3, or 5 years of your life, each day living and working your business so that you can attain success? Can you commit to set aside time each day to promote and keep your business moving?
At what point will you consider yourself successful? Is there a cash figure you are considering? Do you have a plan of action to achieve this goal? Because without one you are not going anywhere!
Also, what’s your marketing plan and how can you coach a team of absolute strangers so they too can become successful? What will happen if your company’s amazing product turns out to be a huge fat failure after 2 years? What will you do then?
It would appear that if there’s a secret to becoming one of the top MLM leaders, it’s understanding how to be a real business person in this industry. Then more people will be able to overcome alot of the stumbling blocks that will definitely be in the way on their path to success. The main focus of MLM leaders is to always promote and improve their business.
One last thing… the very best MLM leaders cares about the success of their groups too; they know that their downline’s success can benefit everybody in the team. So knowing all this, let me ask you this time… do YOU have what it takes to succeed in network marketing?
